Terms of Service

Outline only. This page shows the sections the final terms must cover, taken from the team's legal checklist. The text needs a free review by Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts or a law school clinic before anything goes public.

• You keep ownership of your music. Coliseum gets a non-exclusive licence only to run the service.
• You promise you own or control what you upload, and you disclose any AI use.
• No impersonation, no fake streams, no uploading other people's work.
• Repeat-infringer policy: accounts with repeated valid takedowns are closed.
• Sync: Coliseum's 20% applies only to deals Coliseum finds.
• Payments and payouts: handled by a payment processor, under its own terms.
• Refunds and disputes: how fans get a refund on a purchase.
• Limits on liability. Florida law, where Coliseum is being formed.
